Section 301: List 4a Product Exclusion Update

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announced additional exclusions on products of Chinese origin subject to List 4A of the Section 301 tariffs. The exclusions cover 12 product descriptions and includes primarily medical related products. Exclusion HTS will be 9903.88.44. The exclusions are retroactive to shipments imported on or after September 1, 2019 and will be valid through September 1, 2020.
