Section 301 List 4A Duty Reduction Effective 02/14/2020

As announced earlier, the U.S. and China has signed "Phase One" of the trade deal. The 15 percent tariffs for List 4A goods that took effect on September 1st will be reduced to 7.5% duties. The new, lower rate will apply to merchandise entered or withdrawn for consumption as of 12:01 AM on February 14, 2020. It will not be retroactive. List 4b remains suspended.
