Additional Exclusions Announced for Section 301 List 3/4a Announced (May 4th)

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announced additional exclusions on products of Chinese origin subject to List 3/4a of the Section 301 tariffs.

The exclusions cover 146 product descriptions and includes, but are not limited to certain faucets, lamps, and furniture. Exclusion HTS will be 9903.88.46. The exclusions are retroactive to shipments imported on or after September 24, 2018 and will be valid through August 7, 2020.
